EVE Online launches Aura Guidance to assist new players

CCP Games has introduced Aura Guidance, a new help system for EVE Online designed to distill millions of messages from the game's Rookie Help channel into a context‑based question-and-answer tool for new players. Executive producer Snorri Árnason emphasized that "first and foremost, Aura Guidance is not generative AI and does not produce game content, create art, or replace creative work," and said the system is "grounded in existing player support data to supplement Rookie Chat, not supersede it." CCP says Aura Guidance was trained on more than 5.8 million messages posted in Rookie Help over the past nine months.
