Across film genres the dynamic duo works well, and few pairs are as recognizable as Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. The real-life criminals ran a series of robberies in the 1930s before being shot and killed by police. Their story has inspired numerous films, and these entries range from faithful retellings to outright novelties.

At the novelty end sits Bonnie & Clyde vs Dracula (2008), which moves the outlaw duo into horror territory. It has camp value and a charming Bonnie, but Dracula barely appears until the end and the film’s meandering pace, thin script, and near non-existent budget make it mostly a curiosity.

Bonnie & Clyde: Justified (2013) aims for a straightforward telling of the familiar story but comes off dull in budget, story, and acting.
