Fackham Hall Parody Starring Emma Laird Heads to HBO Max

Fackham Hall, a spoof of British period dramas in the vein of Downton Abbey, stars Thomasin McKenzie, Tom Felton, Emma Laird and Jimmy Carr. Jim O'Hanlon directed the film. The movie premiered in theaters last December but struggled commercially. It opened in over 1,000 U.S.

locations, earned $625,000 on debut and fell to 335 sites the following week. Internationally it did slightly better—best in the UK—but its global box office totaled roughly $3 million. Critics were split.
