Fallout Season 2 finale points to Colorado for Season 3

Warning: spoilers for Fallout Season 2 Episode 8. The finale leaves several characters in New Vegas while sending another toward Colorado, a region the Fallout games have not previously used as a setting.

Colorado has appeared in Fallout lore before: it was the planned setting for the canceled Van Buren project, Caesar's Legion is said to have operated there and assimilated local factions such as the Hangdogs, and Vault 0 in Cheyenne—featured in Fallout Tactics—housed a brain-linked computer called The Calculator that became unstable.

The show has also hinted at Colorado previously, with an Enclave outpost seen in Season 1 appearing again in the Season 2 finale, and a Prime Video feature mentioning a President bunkered under Colorado. The episode's closing moments suggest that President and Cooper could reappear in future episodes.
