FBI finds black glove near Nancy Guthrie's home as search intensifies
Investigators found a suspicious black glove, similar to one linked to Nancy Guthrie’s suspected kidnapper, on a dirt path near her Arizona home on Wednesday. The insulated-looking glove was collected by forensics. The FBI released surveillance footage showing a masked individual approaching the Tucson home in the early morning of Feb.
1, appearing to disarm the front doorbell camera and break in. The person wore gloves and a jacket, carried a backpack and appeared to have a weapon holstered at the waist; a clear view of the eyes was visible before the camera was disconnected at 1:47 a.m. MT.
FBI Director Kash Patel said his team and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department recovered footage "that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors — including the removal of recording devices." The images were reshared on daughter Savannah Guthrie’s Instagram, where she wrote, "We believe she is still alive.
