Fender has introduced a new consumer electronics brand, Fender Audio, and unveiled a pair of portable Bluetooth speakers under the ELIE name at CES 2026. The ELIE models are designed to offer multi-source audio playback and flexible deployment options for personal and larger‑scale use.

The ELIE lineup—which stands for "Extremely Loud Infinitely Expressive"—includes two models that differ in size, driver configuration and output power. Both models support the same core connectivity features, including the ability to play audio from up to four different inputs at the same time.

That simultaneous multi-source capability can include a Bluetooth device such as a smartphone, an instrument or microphone connected via the speaker’s XLR/1/4‑inch combo jack using a cable, and up to two additional accessories linked through Fender’s proprietary wireless system. The approach is intended to let multiple sources contribute to playback and to accommodate connected instruments and mics alongside conventional Bluetooth audio.

Both ELIE speakers can be paired with a second unit to form a stereo pair. For larger venues or broader coverage, Fender says the speakers can be synchronized with up to 100 units to fill a space with sound.

The smaller model, the ELIE 6, is priced at $299.99. Measuring 7.7 inches tall, it includes a built‑in subwoofer paired with a full‑range driver and a tweeter. The three‑driver arrangement yields up to 60W of output. Fender rates the ELIE 6 battery life at up to 18 hours, and a 15‑minute quick charge is advertised as providing up to 90 minutes of playback.

The larger model, the ELIE 12, carries a $399.99 price. It is described as standing just under 7 inches tall and measuring 11 inches wide. The ELIE 12 doubles the active drivers found in the smaller model, using two subwoofers, two full‑range drivers and two tweeters to deliver up to 120W of output. Battery life for the ELIE 12 is indicated as up to 15 hours, with a 15‑minute quick charge yielding an additional two hours of listening time.

Fender Audio also announced a new pair of wireless headphones at CES, though company materials focused on the ELIE portable speakers when detailing multi‑source playback and multi‑unit synchronization.

The ELIE speakers combine wired input options for instruments and microphones with conventional Bluetooth playback and Fender’s own wireless accessories. The inclusion of an XLR/1/4‑inch combo jack allows users to connect instruments or mics directly, which may be useful for small performances, jam sessions, or hybrid setups that blend live audio with streamed content.

Fender presented the ELIE models as portable solutions with quick‑charge capability and battery runtimes aimed at long listening sessions. The two sizes provide different power and driver configurations to suit varied use cases, with the ELIE 6 positioned as the more compact option and the ELIE 12 offering higher output through a doubled driver array.

The speakers’ ability to sync up to 100 units offers a pathway to large‑space deployment while stereo pairing between two units supports standard two‑channel listening. Fender’s proprietary wireless system serves both for connecting optional accessories and for enabling multi‑unit synchronization, according to the company’s specifications.

Reporting on the announcement, senior reporter Andrew Liszewski described the products’ core capabilities and specifications. Fender Audio’s ELIE speakers will be available in the two announced configurations at the listed price points.
