Goal explains how to secure FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets, covering where to buy, pricing and upcoming sales windows. The tournament runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across 16 host cities in Canada, Mexico and the United States and will feature 48 teams in 104 matches over 34 days.

FIFA has run two initial sales phases: a Visa Presale (Sept. 10–19) and an Early Ticket Draw (Oct. 27–31) with successful applicants given purchase windows (a prioritized slot for host-nation residents ran Nov. 12–15 and general purchases began Nov. 17). The World Cup draw is set for 12pm ET on Friday, December 5 at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.; after the draw a Random Selection Draw will allow fans to apply for specific group-stage matches, and a last-minute, first-come first-served sales phase is planned for spring 2026.

Fans must register for a FIFA ID and use the official FIFA ticketing portal to buy tickets. FIFA also operates an official Resale/Exchange Marketplace (opened Oct. 2) and a Mexico-only Exchange Marketplace, while third-party resale platforms may carry higher prices. FIFA Collect users can buy Right-To-Buy (RTB) tokens that give a guaranteed opportunity to purchase tickets during a conversion window that opened Nov.
