First glimpses point to Warhammer 40K 11th Edition
Small teases showing parts of Ork weapons and armour have appeared this week, and they look like more than model hype. Persistent rumours place Orks as the second army in the starter sets fans expect this year, and the game’s three‑year edition cycle means an update is due in 2026 — so these snippets could be an early look at Warhammer 40K 11th Edition.
The timing makes sense. Chaos has received significant new models recently, while Orks went through a faction refresh a few years back without many new kits. Dropping a handful of miniatures right before a new edition would be odd, so an overhaul of Ork squads and heroes ahead of boxed sets feels likelier.
A bigger reveal seems imminent: an “even bigger reveal” has been promised next week and an AdeptiCon 2026 Warhammer livestream is scheduled for the end of the month.
