This spring Josh Duhamel and Dylan Sprouse will appear together for the first time in Neglected, an action-driven thriller directed by David Lipper. The film is the director’s fourth foray into feature-length filmmaking and pairs the Ransom Canyon and Beautiful Disaster actors for an explosive collaboration.

Duhamel plays Detective Shaw, who intends to clock out on his last day on the job but is instead confronted with the most important case of his career. After learning his son has been abducted by a serial killer and buried alive, Shaw must track down the child — but first he has to solve three other brutal slayings that point him toward the kid.

Our first look image shows a bloody and bruised Sprouse walking down a wooded street while a school bus slowly creeps up behind him; he keeps his head pointed forward and continues on his walk. Lipper praised his leading team, saying: "I think audiences will be blown away by Josh Duhamel’s performance, which was especially real for him, being the dad of a teenage boy.
