First Trailer for R-Rated Jack Ryan Movie Starring John Krasinski
After four seasons of conspiracies, rogue states, political chaos, and Jack Ryan repeatedly getting dragged way beyond his analyst job description, Prime Video is moving the character from series to movie. The first trailer for Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan: Ghost War has arrived, offering the first extended look at John Krasinski’s return as the analyst-turned-action hero.
Ghost War will premiere on Prime Video on May 20, 2026. The film runs 105 minutes and carries an R rating for violence and language. The cast reunites Wendell Pierce as James Greer and Michael Kelly as Mike November, and adds Sienna Miller in a major new role as MI6 officer Emma Marlowe, alongside Max Beesley, Douglas Hodge, J.J.
Feild, and Betty Gabriel. Andrew Bernstein directs from a script by Aaron Rabin. The official synopsis sets up a real-time mission that unravels a deadly conspiracy, forcing Jack to confront a rogue black-ops unit and race against the clock.
