Epic Games is suing a prominent Fortnite leaker who was contracted by the company. Hayden Cohen, known online as AdiraFN or AdiraFNInfo, worked for Epic as an Associate Producer and is accused of leaking trade secrets. Epic filed a legal complaint in the Eastern District of North Carolina, saying Cohen signed an NDA on September 11, 2025 but publicly shared confidential information in January and February.

The companys court filing states, "[Cohen]’s leaks were only possible because he abused the access he was granted to this information as part of his work for Epic and willfully disregarded his obligations to keep the information confidential." Epic says it identified Cohen and sent a cease and desist on February 20, 2026, and that he has "failed to fully comply" with its demands.

The AdiraFNInfo X account had more than 13,000 followers before it was deactivated, and a Reddit users screenshot of Cohens LinkedIn showed prior roles at American Express, AMC, Peacock and NBC Sports.
