Full winners list from 2026 NFL Honors and Hall of Fame inductees

The 15th annual NFL Honors aired Thursday night on NBC and Peacock as the league kicked off Super Bowl weekend. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford won this year’s MVP, and host Jon Hamm kept the evening buoyant with moments that ranged from Stafford’s red carpet appearance with his family to a solemn "In Memoriam" segment honoring late NFL greats.

Other major award winners included Mike Vrabel as Coach of the Year, Christian McCaffrey as Comeback Player of the Year, Jaxon Smith-Njigba as Offensive Player of the Year, and Myles Garrett as Defensive Player of the Year. Rookies of the Year were Tetairoa McMillan (offense) and Carson Schwesinger (defense), while Josh McDaniels took Assistant Coach of the Year and Joe Thuney was named Protector of the Year.

The Protector of the Year award was introduced this year to recognize the league’s top offensive lineman.
