Gary Lineker names Bruno Fernandes his player of the season

Fernandes has bounced back from a three-game injury lay-off to contribute seven goals and 13 assists in the league this season, leaving him second only to Erling Haaland in total goal contributions.

On The Rest Is Football podcast, Gary Lineker described Fernandes as his pick for player of the season, while suggesting the award could instead go to Declan Rice if Arsenal claim the title or to Erling Haaland should he return and help Manchester City win the league.
