Grant Information Circulars (GIC) Archive
NASA’s crawler-transporter 2, carrying the Artemis II SLS rocket with the Orion spacecraft secured to mobile launcher 1, approaches the Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA may issue interim grant policies or guidance by publishing Grant Information Circulars (GICs) that supplement, clarify, augment, remove, or alter information in the GCAM or GCAT.
When the GCAM and GCAT are updated, relevant GICs are incorporated into those documents and then archived. The archive includes GIC Archive 24-02 – FY 2024 Earmark Guidance. The Grants Policy and Compliance Team provides leadership and oversight in grants management policy and compliance, offering internal guidance and training to NASA Technical Officers, Grant Officers, and the Grants Community as they implement government-wide and NASA-specific regulations for awarding and administering grants and cooperative agreements.
