Haranir allied race in Midnight has widespread gear clipping issues
World of Warcraft's new allied race, the Haranir, arrived with Midnight on live servers and are unlockable once you finish the main Harandar questline. They mix troll and elf features and offer a broad set of customization options, with an overall attractive design.
The problem shows up when players equip gear: dozens of items clip through the Haranir's slightly thicker-than-normal physiology. Multiple pieces were quickly found clipping through thighs and derrieres, a few clip the forehead, and the war skirt model commonly seen on the Trading Post is also broken; one helmet even clips vertically into the collarbone.
Clipping appears concentrated on anything that interfaces with the lower half of the Haranir, which tracks with their Night Elf–based proportions. Reddit threads have shared further examples of broken head and pants transmogs on the new models.
