HBO Max Removes Josh Brolin’s Jonah Hex From Streaming Library
HBO Max will remove Jonah Hex from its streaming library on February 28. The film is currently available only on HBO Max, and it is unclear where it will migrate after it leaves the platform.
Released June 18, 2010 and directed by Jimmy Hayward, Jonah Hex stars Josh Brolin as the eponymous anti-hero. The live-action adaptation of the DC character pairs Brolin with Megan Fox as Lilah Black and John Malkovich as the killer he pursues; the runtime is listed as 82 minutes.
The movie grossed $10 million at the box office against a $47 million budget and received poor reception, earning 11% from critics and 20% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes.
