HBO Max’s Emmy-Winning 7-Part Mystery Series Remains One of Its Best

HBO Max has found compelling drama in Brad Ingelsby’s gritty mysteries, and his best work premiered in 2021. Mare of Easttown unfolds across seven episodes with Kate Winslet as the titular Delco detective sergeant, balancing a difficult investigation with a difficult personal life.
