Helldivers 2 fan offers $1,000 to see developers beat game's toughest challenge

A Helldivers 2 player has put forward a $1,000 donation to Arrowhead Game Studios' charity of choice if the studio uploads a video of four developers "playing an entire operation on Oshaune on difficulty 10 and completing all objectives on all three missions on the current [Major Order]." Redditor r/Key_Complex_150 described the pledge as a "serious offer." Oshaune is a dusty planet full of bugs and sandworms big enough to take on the giants from Dune, and it's currently kicking the butts of many a rookie even on less teeth-grindingly brutal difficulties.

The fan's request is particularly audacious because Helldivers 2's Super Helldive difficulty sits two levels above the game's 'Impossible' setting. The original post demanded "No modifications, no funny business," and added: "Play on the current state of the game.
