Honor to unveil humanoid robot at MWC 2026

Honor has teased an unnamed humanoid robot ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, sharing a short video on X that also features its Robot Phone and a robotic camera. The company wrote in a tweet: "Something revolutionary is about to step out of the shadows. We’ve combined cutting-edge robotics with the ultimate mobile experience. The result? Something you have to see to believe."

The footage offers a clear look: a humanoid clad in matte black with a glass face, a light bar where its eyes should be, and what appears to be a single camera on its forehead. An additional image sent by Honor shows the robot from the side with a slightly unusual head shape.

Honor told Bloomberg the device will be a "service robot" able to help with shopping among other tasks, though further specifications remain scarce. The company also said the robot will be connected with its Robot Phone, which will be on display in Barcelona; the event kicks off at 7 a.m. ET on March 1, 2026.
