You need to raise humidity early in Pokémon Pokopia to restore the Withered Wasteland and unlock other regions. Professor Tangrowth is vague on the specifics, and while you'll use Water Gun at times, there are easier ways than watering every patch of ground. After Slowpoke's initial yawn produces no rain, a handful of quests become available.

In short: plant flowers and tend trees for Bulbasaur, create a new habitat for Squirtle, and unblock the springs for Slowpoke, then place a fountain in one of them. If you find yourself stuck at 71 points, open the Requests menu, select "Yawn up a Storm!" and make sure all displayed Pokémon (except Professor Tangrowth) have checkmarks.

If they don’t, either talk to that Pokémon to accept a request or turn in a completed request — it’s easy to forget to do this. Bulbasaur hints that bringing trees, flowers, and shrubs back to life increases humidity, so focus on reviving trees rather than watering every tile.
