How to pass time in Crimson Desert
You can pass time in Crimson Desert by resting in any bed or at a bonfire. Interact with a bed to lie down and choose 3, 6, or 12 hours. At a bonfire, press CTRL (LB on controller) to inspect it and then select the wait option.
There is a catch: you can only rest when Kliff is tired. After resting you’ll see a message that you’ve rested enough, your fatigue is restored, and that you can rest again later. As far as I can tell, there’s no indicator whatsoever of when Kliff is tired, so don’t expect to spam passing time—your best bet is to rely on the fact he has to sleep periodically and not try to pass time more than once per day.
For quests that require a specific time, the game will often give you a place to wait. For example, during the Missing Companion quest in Chapter 2 I entered a house, got a “Wait for the right time” message, pressed ESC (menu button on controller), and it skipped to the correct time.
