How to Skip Building Times in Pokémon Pokopia
Pokémon Pokopia is out today, and the cozy life sim lets you build houses and other structures as you terraform a desolate wasteland into a livable home for Pokémon. Building a home requires gathering supplies, finding Pokémon who can help, and then waiting an allotted real-world time for your friends to finish the job; smaller structures are usually around a few minutes.
You can skip the wait by changing your Switch 2’s system clock. Go to System Settings and scroll down to System, and on this screen you’ll see Date and Time. On this menu, turn off the internet-based synchronization that keeps your clock accurate, which will allow you to move the clock up and down to your liking and immediately skip to the moment when construction is complete.
If you want to be thorough, you could also just disconnect your Switch 2 from the internet, but doing this will lock you out of online features like multiplayer and uploading screenshots.
