How to solve the final puzzle in Resident Evil Requiem
You must finish at least one playthrough with Marie's Doll in your inventory to complete the Final Puzzle. The doll only appears if a series of specific steps are followed, so it helps to play on Easy if you plan a fresh run and to keep separate saves in case anything goes wrong.
Begin in the Basement Processing Room at Rhodes Hill: wait about 15 minutes for bodies to collect, then turn the crank and survive the grinder without killing zombies yourself so they die in the machine. If done correctly, draining the Collection and Testing pool will show the message "A ton of blood flowed out".
Scan the Girl's hand at the analyzer to receive the RNA sequence GGC AAG AUA ACG UGU CAU and the prompt "let's play"; note the sticker on the analyzer reading "G = 150000000" (G = Sun). Flush a restroom toilet eight times, then save. Later, unscrew the hourglass to reveal "U = 380,000" (U = Moon) and pick up the Grace Ashcroft Blood Analysis Report showing "C = 4.2 ly" (C = Star).
