How to watch Top Chef Season 23: premiere date and time
Top Chef Season 23 premieres tonight, March 9, at a special time: 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. The season is set across North and South Carolina, with the Top Chef kitchen located in Steele Creek, North Carolina; Season 14 was filmed entirely in Charleston. The winner will receive $250,000, a feature in Food & Wine, an appearance at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the chance to headline a dinner at the James Beard House in New York and an opportunity to present at The James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago.
After tonight’s episode, new episodes move to their regular slot, 9:30 p.m. ET on Mondays beginning March 16, and each episode runs 75 minutes. Season 23 features 15 cheftestants, including a Michelin Star recipient, James Beard Award finalists, semifinalists and winners, a couple and a set of identical twin brothers.
The season premiere takes the cheftestants on a road trip to Charlotte Motor Speedway.
