Hudson Williams has been cast in Crave's upcoming series Yaga, joining Carrie-Anne Moss, Noah Reid, and Clark Backo. The show adapts Kat Sandler's play, with Sandler serving as showrunner and writer, and expands the original work into eight half-hour episodes that blend thriller and dark comedy.

Yaga reinvents the Slavic folktale of Baba Yaga as a morally gray antihero. The story begins when detective Rapp (Reid) arrives in an isolated town to investigate the disappearance of Henry Park (Williams), the heir to a wealthy fishing dynasty, and encounters a skeptical local sheriff (Backo) and an enchanting professor (Moss).

Framed through the eyes of an outsider, the mystery slowly reveals how the town’s myth of Baba Yaga might connect to Henry’s fate. The series will be Crave’s first half-hour drama and keeps the folktale front and center as it unfolds into a modern mystery. Williams will play the missing heir whose disappearance sets the plot in motion.
