Hughes brothers, Hilary Knight and Megan Keller join Connor Storrie on SNL
Connor Storrie’s February 28 Saturday Night Live monologue brought Quinn and Jack Hughes onstage in Studio 8H, fresh from a gold-medal win over Canada at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics and subsequent visits to the White House and Donald Trump's State of the Union speech.
USA women's captain Hilary Knight and teammate Megan Keller later joined them. Storrie and the Hughes brothers traded playful lines about his steamy series Heated Rivalry—Storrie called it "kind of" hockey and noted he plays a Russian involved with a Canadian rival, Hudson Williams.
Jack asked if players on the show lose teeth in the finals; Storrie replied "metaphorically" and explained the Boston Raiders play in the "HBO league." Knight’s arrival prompted loud cheers; she said, "It was gonna be just us, but we thought we'd invite the guys, too," and Keller added, "we thought we'd give them a little moment to shine." Quinn noted the men's gold was the first in 46 years, and Knight pointed out the women last won gold two Olympics earlier.
