I made five Gordon Ramsay pasta dishes and ranked them
I tried five of Gordon Ramsay's quick and easy pasta recipes, including three that are ready in 15 minutes or less. Though the chef is often associated with beef Wellington, he also knows how to whip up fast, satisfying pasta — and my favorite was a Bolognese that comes together in 15 minutes.
In fifth place was Ramsay's Bloody Mary linguine, which features linguine, vodka, celery salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, and toasted breadcrumbs. The prep is minimal, but the dish felt surprisingly bland: the diced tomatoes left the sauce thin and I barely got a kick from the Tabasco.
Taking fourth was the 10-minute shrimp scampi from Ramsay in 10, with angel-hair pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, basil, capers, shallots, and lemon; it tasted bright and fresh, though I would add more chili flakes and watch the angel hair so it doesn't get sticky.
