Influencer Carol the Warrior dies at 23 after cancer battle

Carolina Reyes, known online as Carol the Warrior, has died at 23 after battling cancer. Her family announced her passing in an Instagram statement: "It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our warrior. She was a warrior, a brilliant person and a human being who never gave up in the face of any difficulty that came her way." They added, "Sadly, she passed away to be with the Lord on March 11, 2026.

We ask for your sensitivity, empathy and love toward her family and friends." A wake was announced the following day in Cali, Colombia. Reyes went public with her cancer diagnosis after a period of tests and treatment in late 2025. She revealed she had been to the hospital for tests in October 2025, shared the diagnosis the following month and documented her chemotherapy treatment.

Her final upload documented a trip to Brazil in February.
