How to complete Introducing: Traxus priority contract in Marathon

The "Introducing: Traxus" priority contract is required to unlock the Traxus faction and is the toughest quest you’ll face so far. All three objectives must be completed in a single match, and it’s especially difficult solo because you need to take down an elite enemy in a high-traffic area.

The objectives are simple in description: hack a terminal at Intersection, Complex, or Bio-Research; acquire the Shipping Manifest from a UESC Commander; and scan a nearby stacked shipping container before it’s picked up. The terminal at Intersection is usually easiest to find — head to the northwest corner of the location near where the road leads to West Gate, go to the second floor of the large cyan building, and look for a blue terminal at the western end.

Interacting with the terminal will call in a UESC ship that drops reinforcements, including the UESC Commander you must kill for the Shipping Manifest. Commanders are big, heavy enemies a tier below bosses with purple shields, and they can be very tough solo.
