Timothée Chalamet arrived at the Shrine Auditorium for the 32nd annual Actor Awards, where he is nominated for outstanding male actor, in a cream suit jacket and black pants paired with his $33,000 Panthère de Cartier necklace. Cartier first debuted the design in 1914; the piece features 18K white gold, 189 brilliant-cut diamonds and one emerald.

He has worn the necklace throughout awards season, including at the Golden Globes—where he won best actor—and at the AFI Awards Luncheon shortly after his Critics’ Choice win. Chalamet walked the red carpet with his mother, Nicole Flender, while his girlfriend Kylie Jenner appeared to skip the ceremony.

The Cartier statement piece has prompted speculation that the look could also be a subtle nod to Jenner. Both have shown a fondness for Cartier: Chalamet serves as an ambassador, and the couple wore matching panther rings at the 2025 BAFTAs.
