Jack Black & Paul Rudd's 'Anaconda' Sets Netflix Streaming Release Date

Anaconda, the 2025 action-adventure comedy-horror that serves as a meta-reimagining of the 1997 cult classic, has locked in a Netflix release date three months after its theatrical debut.

The creature feature, starring Jack Black and Paul Rudd, opened in theaters on Dec. 25, 2025 and grossed $134.3 million worldwide against a modest $45 million budget.

Those who missed it, or want to watch it again, will soon be able to stream the 100-minute film on Netflix. Tom Gormican directed; the writers are Kevin Etten and Tom Gormican, and producers include Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Kevin Etten, Tom Gormican, Alex Ginno and Erin Vitali. The film features Doug McCallister and Ronald "Griff" Griffen Jr.
