Jenna Bush Hager breaks down describing Savannah Guthrie's return to Today

Jenna Bush Hager was moved to tears as she recounted Savannah Guthrie’s return to the Today set amid the ongoing search for her mother, Nancy Guthrie. "Savannah has come back to her home here at 30 Rock," Hager said, noting that "in her perfect way, she talked to all of us, hugged every single person in this room." She added that Savannah, 54, has the intention to return to the show even though "it feels like the hardest thing to do" and that Today is "her home and where she feels so loved." Hager said she does not know when Guthrie will be back but that it "felt so good to get to hug" her.

She noted Savannah hugged every person in the room, including Hoda Kotb, and thanked viewers for their support, saying she "feels" and "depends" on their prayers.
