Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones share their dream guests

Appearing on The Kelly Clarkson Show on March 11, Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones named the stars they’d most like to host on TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle.

Bush Hager said she was “closing my eyes and I’m thinking about Taylor Swift,” calling the wish “a little out of reach,” while Clarkson suggested the superstar “would show up.”

Jones picked Beyoncé. Bush Hager noted Jones once dressed as the “Cowboy Carter” version of Beyoncé for Halloween in 2025, even appearing on a white horse outside the TODAY studio, and Jones said the costume was meant “to be kind of like a love letter to Beyoncé.”

Both hosts stressed their interview approach is conversational rather than combative. Jones said, “I do think that’s one of our superpowers,” and Bush Hager added, “We were there [in the hot seat during interviews], so that's not our vibe.”
