Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis were pictured touring an apartment on the Upper East Side on Friday. The Park Avenue co-op was built in 1925 and has 16 stories, a doorman, a basketball court, wine cellars and a concierge. Aniston wore a black coat, gray scarf, baggy jeans and glasses, while Curtis opted for a gray coat, black shirt and khakis.

It is not clear why they were touring the building; Curtis recently put his $1.5 million lower Manhattan property up for sale. Curtis has spoken about how they handle small disputes, saying they spend a lot of time together and sometimes have "little things that flare up." He said couples can be silent and angry, leave the house, meditate on how to change it, or "say, 'Hey, this is what happened, I'm sorry,' and do the repair." He warned that "once you make a repair and then it just happens five more times, no one trusts it," and urged partners to "pre-game the rules" and be "consciously pro-active" about their issues.
