Jessica Alba and Cash Warren share joint custody as divorce finalizes
A judge signed off on Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s divorce agreement on March 16, and the documents show the exes will share joint legal and physical custody of their three children — daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and son Hayes, 8. The settlement states that neither Alba, 44, nor Warren, 47, will pay child support or spousal support to one another.
They are ordered not to discuss any litigation or make any disparaging remarks about one another in front of their minor children. Anything considered community property purchased from their marriage date of May 19, 2008 to their Dec. 27, 2024 separation will be divided equally, including homes, art and furniture.
Each is entitled to half of the other’s profits from movies and television projects made while they were married, and Warren will receive 50 percent of Alba’s restricted shares in The Honest Company. The two were married for 16 years and finalized their divorce in February.
