Jonathan Majors' Daily Wire Thriller Draws on 'Red Dawn' and 'Toy Soldiers'
Jonathan Majors rose quickly after his leading role in HBO's Lovecraft Country, going on to appear in The Harder They Fall, Devotion, Magazine Dreams and Creed III. His biggest part was as the supervillain Kang the Conqueror in the MCU, introduced in the Disney+ series Loki and later appearing in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania; the character was intended to be the primary villain throughout the Multiverse Saga.
His career stalled after an arrest on assault, strangulation and harassment charges in 2023; he was subsequently found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment, accused of abuse by several other women, fired by Marvel and removed from several other projects and major campaigns, including one for the United States Army.
Majors is set to lead a new, currently untitled action thriller from The Daily Wire.
