Jonathan Tah briefly enters Leverkusen dressing room by mistake

Jonathan Tah caused a few laughs with a bizarre moment during FC Bayern Munich’s away match at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. After warming up, he apparently turned into the Werkself changing room out of old habit instead of going to the Bayern dressing room, then realised his mistake and ran after his teammates while nearby stewards chuckled. The clip has since caused a stir on social media.

Bayer 04’s official account later commented 'Never forget where you come from', and Tah responded with three laughing emojis.

Tah spent ten years at Leverkusen before joining Bayern last summer. During his time at B04 he won the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal in 2024 and made 402 appearances, scoring 18 goals.

At Bayern he is an undisputed first-team regular under Vincent Kompany, with 36 appearances, three goals and three assists across all competitions. On his return to the BayArena the match finished 1-1.
