Josh Duhamel says he and Fergie split over 'different views' — 'No regrets'

Josh Duhamel gave rare insight into his 2017 split from Fergie on Monday’s The Skinny Confidential podcast, saying, "We’re just very different" and "She and I just have different views of the world, and that’s OK." He clarified he has "no regrets about" the failed marriage, noting, "We have a beautiful son," in reference to 12-year-old Axl.

He compared his ex to his wife Audra Mari, calling them "both very different in a lot of ways but both really, really great women." Duhamel described Fergie as "very kind," "very non-confrontational" and a "great mom," adding, "Fergie is also very wholesome, believe it or not, especially since she stepped away from it all." On their current relationship he said, "[Fergie and I] have a great relationship.

She and Audra have a great relationship." Duhamel moved on with Mari in 2019, proposed three years later, and they married in North Dakota in September 2022; their son Shepherd was born in January 2024.
