Kevin Williamson reveals alternate plans for Scream 5 and 6

His Scream 6 concept would have focused on Gale Weathers rebuilding a life without Dewey—Williamson says he had planned to kill Dewey—and following her as she seeks love while wondering whether her new partner might be the killer, echoing Sidney’s experience in the original film.
