Kim Delaney's husband arrested after alleged dispute at Marina Del Rey home

James Morgan was taken into custody following an alleged verbal dispute at his and Kim Delaney’s Marina Del Rey apartment on Sunday night. A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson said officers responded to at least three calls about a noise complaint around 10:30 p.m.; Morgan allegedly refused to cooperate and was charged with obstructing or delaying a public officer and disturbing the peace.

He was booked at the Marina Del Rey sheriff’s station and released Monday morning. A representative for Delaney, 64, was not immediately available for comment. The arrest comes after Delaney was granted a restraining order in October amid alleged abuse and harassment, which barred Morgan from approaching her homes in Marina Del Rey and New Jersey and from contacting her.

The couple married in 2022 and have been in divorce proceedings since March 2023, with Delaney citing irreconcilable differences.
