Kristen Bell thanks Dax Shepard for support during SAG Actor Awards

Kristen Bell thanked her husband, Dax Shepard, for being “supportive” during her hosting gig at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards in Los Angeles, Calif., Sunday night. She captioned a reel on Instagram Monday, “In case you were wondering what I was doing when I wasn’t on stage last night,” and the clip shows Bell, Shepard and their daughters, Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 11, watching the show backstage.

On Instagram Bell wrote, “Thank you @daxshepard for being so continuously supportive and present. You have never not been there to help calm my nervous system when it’s crunch time,” and added, “Never underestimate your tribe. The goals you’ve set, the dreams you’re chasing — none of it happens in isolation.

The people in your corner aren’t a bonus.
