Kylie Jenner borrows Hailey Bieber’s backless Versace jacket

Kylie Jenner turned up in head-to-toe black leather for the launch of her friends’ podcast "Better Half," hosted by Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel. The Skims campaign star paired a fringed leather jacket with matching skintight leather flares.

The fringed jacket was borrowed from pal Hailey Bieber, who wore the vintage Versace design for her 29th birthday in November. Bieber was not at the event, but Jenner showcased her curves in a partially unzipped jacket trimmed with fringe along the hem and cuffs.

The unique piece hails from Versace’s spring 2002 collection and debuted on the runway. Nicole Kidman posed in the same jacket for Interview magazine in 2002, shortly after it appeared on the catwalk.

Jenner didn’t show the back of the jacket at the party, but Bieber’s social media pics reveal a completely open lace-up design that fastens like a corset. More than two decades later, the archival style still looks fresh.
