Kylie Jenner's ex-assistant reveals the moment she knew she needed to quit

Victoria Villarroel says she knew it was time to quit after a moment in the kitchen during year five of working for Kylie Jenner. On her Better Half podcast, which she co-hosts with Stassie Karanikolaou, Villarroel recalled Jenner asking, 'Vic, I need my laptop, it’s upstairs,' and laughingly replying, 'Oof, who’s gonna get that?' She explained that a working relationship can blur into something more personal when you see someone every day: 'You know everything about them, you’re with them at all times — good or bad.' Villarroel said that once it 'got to that point' they both understood her role had run its course and reached a mutual agreement that she should leave.

Villarroel admitted she worried about the decision, asking herself, 'Am I making the right decision?
