Lara Croft voice actor praises Sophie Turner’s Tomb Raider look
Gamesradar reports that Alix Wilton Reagan, who will lend her voice to Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and Tomb Raider: Catalyst (set for 2027), took to Instagram to praise Sophie Turner’s appearance as Lara Croft in Amazon Prime Video’s Tomb Raider adaptation.
Reagan wrote, “Lara looking mighty fine / fire / fierce these days,” and added “@sophieturner - I AM HERE FOR IT.” The adaptation’s cast includes Jason Isaacs as Croft’s uncle Atlas DeMornay, Bill Paterson as Winston (the Croft family butler), Martin Bobb-Semple as Zip, and Sigourney Weaver as Evelyn Wallis, a new character. Other named cast members are Jack Bannon, John Heffernan, Celia Imrie, Patterson Joseph, Sasha Luss, August Wittgenstein, and Juliette Motamed.
The report notes it remains to be seen whether Turner can fully honor the hero and describes the production as a team effort. When the series will arrive is unknown, as no release date has been announced.
