Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight's release date moves up a week
Warner Bros. Games is moving the release date for Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight up a week. It will now launch May 22 for PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X, instead of the previously planned May 29. The game remains without a release date for Nintendo's Switch 2.
Pre-orders are now available; anyone who pre-orders will receive a Batsuit inspired by The Dark Knight Returns. The deluxe edition includes additional cosmetics and DLC missions that let players take on The Joker and Harley, to be released later in 2026, and will allow early access beginning May 19.
Head to the game's official site for full details on the deluxe edition. Interest has been strong since the Gamescom reveal last summer. The title has been described as a successor to Rocksteady's Arkham series and draws inspiration from films such as the Michael Keaton movies and 2022's The Batman.
