Lego Eevee hides tributes to all of its evolutions

Pokémon’s first Lego sets arrive later this month for the series’ 30th anniversary, and early-build videos have already revealed a few small surprises. The Eevee model in particular contains a hidden nod to the Pokémon’s many evolutions. Eevee can evolve into several different forms depending on factors like the time of day, the use of a particular evolution stone, or whether it knows a Fairy-type move.

Each evolution has its own color scheme and elemental theme, and the Lego build reflects that variety. As TikToker and Lego creator Bricks By Mind shows, the model’s interior uses colored bricks that correspond to the evolutions. Parts of the body include yellow, orange, and blue bricks echoing Jolteon, Flareon, and Vaporeon, while stacked bricks behind the eyes represent the other forms: Glaceon, Leafeon, Espeon, Umbreon and Sylveon.
