A Lego PlayStation might be joining Lego's roster of brick console replicas later this year. Images posted to Instagram by leaker Lego_Minecraft_Goat, who has a strong track record for accurate prices and release dates, place the PlayStation set among a batch of new Lego sets and show an expected December launch.

The set is listed at $159.99/€159.99, is composed of 1,911 bricks, and will include at least the console itself and one controller. That makes it larger than the Lego Game Boy set, which has 421 pieces, but smaller than the Atari 2600 and Nintendo Entertainment System sets, which contain 2,532 and 2,642 pieces respectively.

Previous Lego console releases often included extras: the NES set featured a TV showing Super Mario Bros., the Atari had game cartridges and a vignette on the front panel, and a tiny Sega controller included a removable panel with a Sonic the Hedgehog vignette.
