Artist builds lifesize animatronic of the girl from Resident Evil: Requiem

Instagram user Littlejem has created a lifesize animatronic of the girl from Resident Evil: Requiem, a disturbingly faithful recreation that also draws praise for its craftsmanship and attention to detail. The build process was shared across two Instagram reels, beginning with a frame made from an existing Halloween animatronic and reinforced with PVC pipe, wire and cardboard.

Expanding foam shaped the silhouette, followed by extensive filing and sculpting; the head features elongated teeth and skin that looks slightly too large for the skull, and the jaw chatters just enough to feel unsettling without suggesting it could chase you. Finishing touches included airbrushing, a custom dress and styled hair, and the final reveal shows a convincingly eerie figure.

Littlejem also fashioned a Grace cosplay using the same wig and materials from the workshop, producing a neat companion piece to the animatronic.
