Lil Gator Game expansion doubles size with underground twist

MegaWobble has released Lil Gator Game: In the Dark, a game-sized expansion that doubles the size of the base game and takes the bubbly hero beneath the island.

The release continues a recent wave of indie titles shaped by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, joining modest open-world games like Sable and A Short Hike that invite players to explore maps with few markers.

The expansion sends players into an underground cave. "Getting to the caves is as easy as following your nose," the Steam page says. "In the base game's island, you’ll stumble upon a lil' entrance that’' been there all along, to take you below ground."
