Two rivalries take centre stage in the Premier League today. Crystal Palace face Brighton, with Oliver Glasner’s side yet to win since mid-December and having scored only nine times in their last 12 matches; their January signings Brennan Johnson, Jorgen Strand Larsen, Yeremy Pino and Evann Guessand will be expected to help.

A Brighton win would lift Fabian Hurzeler after a run of one victory in 11 league games that has seen them slip to 13th from fifth. There was only one WSL match yesterday, as Manchester United beat Leicester 2-0, goals from Julia Zigiotti and Elisabeth Terland proving decisive for a Leicester side now in a relegation battle.

Man City Women top the table on 39 points, Man Utd Women sit second on 31 and Chelsea Women are third on 27. Yesterday’s Premier League action saw Arsenal extend their lead at the top to nine points after a comfortable win over Sunderland.
